Delete your data

In the app: open Scoreboard (the trophy button), then Your data, and tap Delete my data twice. Your scoreboard entry, the reports you made, the fingerprints of your rated games and your daily board results are deleted straight away. The app also turns off Count my games against the computer and Send my daily board results, clears games and daily results waiting to be sent, and makes a new random player ID.

Names and moves of a match are kept only while the match is open, and deleted at the latest 30 minutes after the last player leaves or disconnects. Uninstalling the app, or clearing the site's data in your browser, deletes everything stored on your device, including the random player ID. The app is not part of Android backups, so it does not come back on a new phone.

If you can no longer open the app, email [email protected]. If you still have it, include the "id hash" shown under View my data. Without the player ID, an entry cannot be linked to you; it is deleted automatically after 12 months without a rated game, and daily board results after 30 days.
